Due the last day of the month following quarter-end

WC-1 Workers Compensation Fee   Workers Compensation Fee is a quarterly fee that pays for the state's operation of the workers compensation system. It does NOT pay for actual workers compensation insurance, which you must obtain privately. Employers pay $2.30 per employee plus Employees pay $2.00 for a total $4.30 for each employee working on the last day of the quarter.
